Sweet BBQ Baby-Back Ribs
Description
These savory ribs taste like you have been barbecuing your whole life.
16 to 18 servings.
Ingredients
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sugar
6 tablespoons cider vinegar
6 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 racks baby-rack ribs (about 4-1/2 pounds)
2 teaspoons salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Dash cayenne pepper
Step 1
Combine soy sauce, 1/2 cup sugar, vinegar, olive oil and garlic.
Step 2
Place ribs in a shallow baking dish; pour marinade over ribs. Turn to coat; refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally. You can also cut ribs in half and store in ziplock bags if it is easier. Drain and discard marinade from ribs.
Step 3
Combine remaining sugar, salt and seasonings; rub over both sides of ribs. Grill ribs and serve.
