Melissa's Egg Roll in a Bowl
Not only is this low carb but the flavor is to die for. I think this might be one of the best recipes ever. It was so filling and healthy. I served it with rice but you didn't really have to. Thank you Melissa for the great recipe!
Ingredients
1 pound ground pork sausage
8 cups Coleslaw mix
2 Tbl soy sauce
1 tsp fresh, grated ginger
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup green onions
1 tsp Red pepper flakes
Instructions
Note: If you plan on serving with rice, cook rice as directed before you begin. This recipe cooks quickly!
Step 1: Cook sausage stirring and crumbling until cooked through.
Step 2: Stir in Coleslaw mix, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce.
Step 3: Top with green onions and drizzle with more soy sauce if desired.
