10 Minute Coleslaw

Description
This easy recipe is always a hit. You can use bagged cabbage but fresh tastes better. If you can't do the difficult knife cuts, bagged, shredded is better.
Serves 10
Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 small green cabbage (4-5 cups shredded)
1/4 small purple cabbage (about 1.5 cups shredded)
Step 1
Put all ingredients except cabbage in a bowl. Use a whisk to sir briskly until mixed well.
Step 2
Cut cabbage into fine pieces with a sharp knife and pour into bowl with dressing. Mix and refrigerate until it is time to serve.
